The Saigon Pet Festival is an annual, free event that aims to provide a healthy playground for pet enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City. Moreover, the program carries a humanitarian significance by fundraising through Beautiful Dog and Cat contests to support animal rescue stations, spreading love and pet protection messages to everyone.
