COLD PRESERVATION STARTS FROM RAW MATERIALS

 

All the ingredients used in Hi Raw!'s Raw Food production are high-quality, biologically valuable raw meats that are efficient and suitable for the natural carnivorous diet of dogs and cats. These include boneless chicken breast filet, beef chuck, pork shoulder, pork leg, quail, shrimp, salmon filet scraps, tuna, bonito, duck meat, rabbit meat, chicken heart, chicken gizzard, beef liver, pumpkin, and more. These meats are of high quality, expensive, and not by-products from animals or plants.

 

The raw material sources for Hi Raw!'s production are gathered from large livestock and poultry farms and processing plants in the southern region. These companies employ modern production techniques, including refrigeration, to maintain the freshness and quality of the meat. Throughout the production, packaging, and transportation process, the meat is kept chilled between 0-5°C, preventing nutrient degradation, spoilage, and bacterial contamination.

 

STANDARDIZED SOFT-FROZEN COLD PRESERVATION PROCESS

 

The raw materials are delivered to the production facility between 3-4 am to achieve deep sub-zero temperatures of -15°C to -18°C. These specific raw materials are preserved and chilled more effectively and quickly compared to traditional retail processes.

 

The production process employs modern technology, allowing the meat to be produced in a soft-frozen state ranging from -10°C to 0°C. This preserves freshness, nutritional value, and ensures quality and safety. The finished products are then stored at temperatures between 0°C and 5°C before returning to the cold storage facility. Hi Raw! is the first and only company in Vietnam to produce Raw Food products that meet these standards. The products are deep-frozen at temperatures of -20°C to -24°C for several days before reaching consumers.

 

Hi Raw! takes pride in their state-of-the-art vacuum packaging and sealing system, which is the world's number one technology according to European standards. All packaging materials and supplies are directly imported from Germany to serve the Vietnamese market.
